Michele is a subject matter expert who has a passion for making work, work for everyone. She believes that the right policies and best practices are key to having the best organizational cultures. She has recently taken on the challenge of supporting productions with their covid compliance protocols. Prior to covid, she worked with Free Spirit Media as a facilitator of their Chicago Track Program before moving into a role as Program Coordinator for their Industry Pathways Program which focused on creative workforce development for the film/media and advertising industry.
Eunice N. Smith is the founder of The WordSmith Writers' Lab and Executive Director of Script to Silver Screen, a non-profit cinema production alliance that focuses on bringing diverse narratives to mainstream media. She also has extensive experience in Quality Management, process transformation and continuous improvement which she uses to help her team deliver exceptional screenwriting courses, coverage and private coaching.
Katharin is a graduate from Oklahoma State University's Spears School of Business with degrees in Marketing and Management. She prides herself on being a relationship-driven multi-tasker who thrives in fast-paced environments. Currently, she is the COVID-19 Compliance Officer - Department Head for A+E Networks in Chicago.
